Dowsing Banki is voiced by the comedienne Edo Harumi so all its lines revolve around her shtick. Basically she goes "GUUU~" a lot. Comedy!

The line in the screenshot comes from one of her gags, apparently. I just think it's kinda funny they built the monster suit with her signature two thumbs up.
